For the year 2016 I have made some fairly lofty goals! Paul and I have joined forces (at completely different speeds…) and have become runners!

I have signed up for the following races:

Jasper Canadian Rockies Half Marathon

Blackfoot Baby Ultra (25km Trail Run)

Squamish (23km Trail Run)

Paul has signed up for:

Squamish (50km Trail Run)

plus some other races along the way

I have also committed myself to a year of yoga ❤

Working better with default accountability, I have chosen to sign up for the annual pass which will encourage me to use it regularly to make it worth the purchase. With my yoga studio moving even closer with even more wonderful facilities like change rooms, I am hoping to attend classes 3 times per week. My goal is to attend a restorative, flow, and hip opening class to compliment my running. I’m really proud of myself for giving myself this opportunity. See blog post for elaboration…
